Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWe love that this is a quiet place to live My view overlooks one of the ponds and the Ducks that live there Maintenance is quick to repair or replace anything that has an issue We LOVE the friendly Staff I love to visit the pool and playground when my grandchildren come to visit me I have made some fond memories living here I also like that the grounds are kept up This is a Wonderful place to live Resident for 5 years now

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesAll of our neighbours have been very friendly. It's safe to walk animals outside and being near so many trees has kept the heat down. The pond has softshell turtles if you are patient and come at the right times to see them. Maintenance tends to be very fast. Minimal road noise from the Florida Ave side thanks to building interference and all the wildlife. This is the place to be if you want nature walks without having to visit a park.
