Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesAll of our neighbours have been very friendly. It's safe to walk animals outside and being near so many trees has kept the heat down. The pond has softshell turtles if you are patient and come at the right times to see them. Maintenance tends to be very fast. Minimal road noise from the Florida Ave side thanks to building interference and all the wildlife. This is the place to be if you want nature walks without having to visit a park.

The neighborhood is quiet and residents are respectful. I love having W D in my unit. There is a dog park and a new playground for the children that is really nice, plus the upgrades to the pool area are plush. Maintenance staff is amazing. If I have a request I can just use the resident portal app and the maintenance staff responds in 1-2 days max.
