Maintenance respond at a timely manner when requested a work order that’s a A plus for me😊 the property is well kept including the yard.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWe have loved living here, it’s super quiet and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The complex itself is really clean. The garbage is never overflowed and the location is really convenient. The leasing office is responsive with any concerns. There’s always resident socials, planned events, movie nights, resident gatherings and even a back to school drive. The schools are all decent in the are as well, the bus picks the kids right in front of the complex which is really convenient.

It's more like a safe haven. Honestly, everybody respects you no matter what nobody judges you. I would definitely recommend anyone for this apartment complex.

Won't fix the tub leaks wont fix the toilet leaks wont fix the cracked leaking molding around the tub and toilet. did nt clean after flood like they said they would. didnt fix leak for 3 days because it was a holiday. A HOLIDAY LOL

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI love it here I just wish all the units had washer and dryer Sarah and Haley are amazing in the front office always making all the residents feel special and we love the resident socials we have here Mingling with everyone and trying to make these apartments a home.
