Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThere's a maintenance guy that is always looking into my house or getting close to my porch outside to see i don't know what. This has been going on since he came to fix the dishwasher and there were other things but I don't remember. The dishwasher has water in it and it stinks very much. My water makes loud noise during the day and night but at night it's worse. The air vents are full of dust and I have allergies. I also asked for pest control and I'm still waiting. Section 8 came to inspect and failed twice bcuz u haven't fixed anything. It's a nice quiet place at night like any place wild and crazy. I haven't been having to much hot water that I end up with cold water. My sliding door doesn't want to open all the way. I said that when I first moved in. I need see the maintenance guys coming to the back of the apartments unless being noisy instead of doing there job. And I am disabled.

|Recommended: YesGood living — Parking is always available just not always close to your building and the ground cleanliness has only recently become a problem wi noticed with apme newer tenants in my building and construction I say because of the parking as there’s no assigned parking and the back of the building is hard carrying groceries across the parking lot and around the building and then up the stairs

|Recommended: YesLovely — There’s plenty of parking just sometimes you will not be parking near your building and may have a distance to walk and as of recently there has been trash on the ground but it may have something to do with the new people who moved in on the other side of the building as I’ve never seen it before
|Recommended: YesThe Grove — It's very quiet just my dogs barking making noise. Lol You do have to wait for them to fix things. I asked for pest control about 2 months ago I think and I'm still waiting for them to come. But it's a beautiful place to live and those are usually things that happens. But need to get on there toes and stop watching people to see what everyone is doing

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesSo far everything has been exactly what was expected. Most Apartments don’t look as it do in pictures. Loving it. The amenities are what they were said to be, all but the fact that it says clubhouse online as one but have yet to see the clubhouse.
